This is a nice slide deck, and you've obviously put a lot of effort and understanding into its preparation. I'm concerned, however, that it - like so many of the other presentations that have been prepared around the world - is going to prove to be less effective than it needs to be.
My first concern is that as a webinar, this is just another "let's talk about Pathways" session. We've been talking about Pathways for almost two years in many cases, and we're still seeing the same issues over and over again. I'm convinced that it's time to STOP talking about the program and start taking a more active approach. Pathways is managed through software, and you don't learn how to use software by having someone tell you about it. We need to sit down in front of a computer with our members and take them through the processes, step by step, while explaining what we're doing - and why. I've used this approach a couple of times, and the members I've taken through a hands-on session have without fail gained more understanding in one hour than they received in six months or more of talk.
My other concern is that this presentation tries to explain 'everything' all at once. In my experience this tends to chase people away. They are frightened because "there's so much I need to remember", and so they avoid the whole thing all-together. In my opinion you need to show members how to log in (using one method - no "you can do this or you can do that"), help them sign up for a path, show them how to get to that path in their transcript, and how to navigate and complete their Ice Breaker. Anything else is 'advanced' training that needs to wait until they've had some experience. If they can complete their Ice Breaker they will have 90% of the knowledge they NEED to complete a full path - the only thing missing will be how to complete a level. You can always talk about "e-portfolios" and "badges" and "external training" once they're comfortable with the basics.

It may not be for everyone nothing is... The feedback from the participants of the webinar is that it was 100 % effective and what they wanted and needed.
The slides are just visual aids to accompany the presentation
