I understand the role of Ambassadors will be terminated once the club presentations are complete and the Guides will be terminated after 6 months of roll out. VPE, Base camp manager or the designee would take the reins from then on in clubs. What prevents to open the doors to the keen Ambassadors to get trained as Guides after Roll-out? I mean both the Guides and Ambassadors are pretty much aware of all the features of Base Camp except the Ambassadors miss the virtual training sessions. This will maintain some sort of a 'super user' category with the Base Camp in clubs/ Areas during the transition period.

Many are doing Pathways training sessions during club officer training/TLI after their term expires indeed

Our District is requiring Ambassadors to stay on three months past Rollout. Plus many of our Ambassadors are also appointed as Guides.

All Guides stay on - usually - 4 months after rollout. and Ambassadors 3 months I think - with followup club contact required (can be by email)
Guides: 1 month prep, 1 month club visits, 4 months rollout+
