1 project MUST be done first in each path: Icebreaker 1 project must be done last in each path: Reflect on your path
Apart from that, levels must be done 100% in order Apart from that projects within a level may be done in any order
as soon as you access Level 3,4 or 5 - you can do any of the electives in that level immediately

Email from TI on doing projects in levels not yet reached for a later path....
"While you may complete as many electives as you like, there is no extra credit or recognition given for completing more than the required number of electives. Additionally, credit for completing projects and electives does not carry over from one path to another. If you complete all electives in a level on one path, please keep in mind that you will see these electives again on your next path. If you decide to complete more than one path, or complete the same path more than once, you will need to complete the required number of projects and electives on the path each time you complete it.
If you have any other questions, please let us know.

I had a club ask this question (regarding projects) earlier this week. I said that projects 2 and 3 in level one could be done in either order. The club's mentor (it's a new club) said that's true, but you have to watch out. He claimed that completing project 3 (Researching and Presenting) triggered the level completion request. I don't think this is true, but I haven't gotten to that point yet.

That is not correct - level completion option is enabled when all level projects are marked complete. The order of completion does not matter.
Sounds like that advice came from a person who never completed a level
