Matthew sent me the link to this article by Margarita Tartakovsky, M.S.: psychcentral.com/blog/4-journaling-exercises-to-help-you-manage-your-emotions/It seems to me that one could use each of the exercises it describes as is when writing the journal (which is part of Project 8316: "Understanding Emotional Intelligence", a required project in Motivational Strategies). Anyone have any others to suggest?
